If you land in the small hours, the Aerobús (24h, €7.45) to Plaça Catalunya plus a taxi is a great option.
Yes. The metro runs until midnight (Monday to Thursday and Sunday) and until 2:00 (Friday and eves of public holidays). If you arrive later, your best option is the Aerobús, which runs 24 hours to Plaça Catalunya for €7.45 (about 35 minutes), and from there a taxi to the hotel (approx. €25).
The quickest way is to take the L3 metro (Green Line) at Sants Estació towards Trinitat Nova, get off at Lesseps (6 stops) and walk 3 minutes. The whole trip takes about 17 minutes and a single ticket costs €2.55.
Take the T3 Portbus shuttle to the Columbus Monument and then the L3 metro to Lesseps. The journey takes 35 to 40 minutes, costing roughly €3 for the Portbus and €2.55 for the metro.
